Submissions for the 2012 event are now being accepted through February 24.

AFCOM is currently seeking one-hour session submissions covering the topics of concern to data centre professionals such as: Cyberterrorism, Cloud Computing, Best Practices, Storage Automation, Data Centre Builds, Colocation Power Management, Cooling, ITIL, Security (data centre and physical), Bridging the gap between IT and the Business End, Digital Archiving, Monitoring, New Technologies, Wireless Applications, Fire Protection, Maintenance, Standards, Compliance Issues, Streamlining & Saving and How to Choose a Vendor.

Do you have a state of the art data centre to showcase? If so, we are looking for speakers to present a Virtual Data Centre tour. These tours present a bird's-eye view of your data centre and are presented in a session style PowerPoint presentation format.

 

Rewards
If your submission is accepted, you will receive a complimentary symposium registration (limited to one speaker per session). Your name and company will be listed as an official speaker in symposium and marketing materials.

Submission
A separate submission is required for each session you are proposing. All submissions must be made using the submission form via the Web.

Speakers will be asked to comply with various deadlines in terms of information about themselves and their presentation. Sales-oriented presentations, case studies and product pitches will not be accepted from vendor companies nor permitted in educational sessions.
