Coby Busch is a Regional Sales Manager for a Hi-Tech Manufacturing Company known as General Cable. Coby has an extensive background in a variety of capacities within the telecommunications industry including sales management experience for over the last 20 Years. General Cable develops and engineers some of the most popular brands of cable in the industry. As a Regional Sales Manager Coby is responsible for all relationships between the Customer, Distributors and Contractors.

Mr. Johnson is the Chief Executive Officer for True North Consulting Group; a national independent consulting firm focused on strategic consulting in the areas of infrastructure, audiovisual, safety and security, and complex data center environments. He has worked with organizations of all sizes throughout the country to plan and develop long-term strategies for technology. Mr. Johnson and his firm are committed to educating its clients and providing personalized services to help them find their own True North!

Before True North Consulting Group, Mr. Johnson was the Chief Executive Officer for TFE, Technology for Education, headquartered in Waco, Texas. Under Mr. Johnson’s leadership, TFE grew from four employees to nearly 150 over the course of fifteen years, becoming one of the largest, most recognized regional technology integrators in the State. Realizing the need for a true independent technical advisor, Mr. Johnson and a few that shared his passion, came together to form True North Consulting Group.

Mr. Johnson is married to his wife, Dr. Mandy Johnson, who is a Principal at a local elementary school. Together they have seven daughters ranging in ages from eight to thirty. Mr. Johnson is passionate about technology, but even more importantly the differentiation it provides when appropriately aligned, adopted, and integrated into the culture and climate of an organization.
