Ryan Gruver

Chapter President

Ryan Gruver is a native Phoenician, with over 13 years of experience in the IT field, 10 years of that being in the data center. He holds a Master’s of Science in Information Management from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Software Engineering from the University of Advancing Technology.

Ryan has served in a variety of roles in IT from a Data Center Operator, System Admin / Engineer, and now as an IT Director. He has a passion for continuous improvement of services he manages, enabling employees to do their best, and ensuring customers get an excellent experience.

Joe Ingram

Chapter Vice President

Joseph Ingram is an IT consultant with over 25 years of experience helping data center and IT professionals improve data center performance utilizing the latest technologies and best practices in cooling, power, space, and data center infrastructure management (DCIM). His client-centric approach to doing business is focused on creating a positive experience for the customer and ensuring that the customer is at the center of a business's philosophy, operations, and ideas.

Ginez Toromazote

Chapter Director

Ginez’s 20 years of mission critical infrastructure experience specializes in assisting globsal sand domestic enterprises to leverage innovative technology resulting in financial growth directly impacting top and bottom line revenue. Currently orchestrating national sales growth strategies at H5 Data Centers, he serves as a senior sales leader. Prior to H5, he deployed data center POPs for Limelight Networks, expanding the company’s footprint and sales reach to new frontiers.

Collaborating with some of the most tech radical Global companies, Ginez led direct, indirect, and strategic alliances sales efforts with and for: Telecom Carriers, Healthcare, Financial, Hi-Tech, Energy, Mining, Durable Goods, Marketing, Government, Software, Gaming, Content Delivery, Media and Entertainment, Manufacturing, and Transportation. He continues to nurture this audience at H5 Data Centers out of Phoenix, now a tech hub and Tier 1 Data Center Market.

Ginez holds a BA in International Business with a Minor in Finance from Florida International University (FIU) and served in the US Army from 1991 to 1997 as a Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Warfare Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge.

Stacy Black

Chapter Director

Stacy Black is a Global Infrastructure Technologist and Strategist who partners with CEOs, executives and the general business to help facilitate efficiency and growth through technology. After spending nearly two decades working in IT with global brands and startups, Stacy knows what it takes to drive an enterprises strategic vision, digital transformation, business continuity, and business process improvement all while mitigating risk. She knows it’s not about mastering the technology buzz word of the week, it’s about listening and consulting with the business. Stacy believes it’s how well you understand the business needs, customer needs and the employees needs you’re trying to help and communicate your understanding back to them.

Stacy enjoys learning consistently about new and upcoming technology however that is not all that defines her interests. Stacy spends her time volunteering with local football teams, STEM programs and working with Women in Leadership groups. Stacy loves the outdoors and traveling to new places.

Stacy holds a Master’s degree in Information Technologies Operations and Security from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Networked Systems from the Denver Technical College.
