St Louis Gateway Chapter Winter Meeting

The AFCOM Gateway Chapter is pleased to invite you to the first meeting of 2019 for the St. Louis area AFCOM members, as well as individuals interested in joining AFCOM.

AFCOM, the leading association of data center and facilities management professionals, is a dynamic community providing a forum for discussion, learning and problem-solving.

End Users can attend their first two meetings at no charge.

Lunch will be provided for individuals that RSVP.

9:15 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.   Microsoft presents:  The Future of Infrastructure Management and Design, Jack Wade – Technical Architect, Microsoft

Jack will discuss the impact of the cloud and cloud technologies on datacenter and infrastructure management.  What considerations should be made today to prepare for upcoming developments.   How best to manage, technically and financially, one’s cloud infrastructure and applications portfolio.  As your organization evaluates new cloud migrations or utilization effectiveness of current cloud deployments, this educational discussion is a must!
Jack is a subject matter expert in cloud infrastructure and helps his customers move to the cloud efficiently and successfully. He has worked across all three major cloud providers and delivered successful infrastructure solutions to many enterprise customers.
